Shipping policiesHOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP? Orders typically have a handling time of 1-3 business days from date of receipt, NOT to include weekends. Once order is shipped a tracking number will be communicated via text and email. In some cases due to email settings, you may need to CHECK YOUR SPAM folder. Candle Care InstructionsAlways trim the wick to ¼” prior to each lighting and do not leave the wick trimmings in the wax. When burning for a long time, often a “cauliflower” forms at the end of the wick. It is important to clean this “cauliflower” off with a tissue paper before relighting your candle as this will reduce the soot created from the wick (the wax itself does not produce any soot) When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the candle to burn until the top of the wax is completely melted. Do not burn a candle for more than 3-4 hrs at a time. NEVER leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children and pets Avoid drafty spaces as drafts are bad news for candles.
